Mr Dass has over 40 yrs experience in the corporate and banking sectors. Currently, he is a Senior Advisor at KPMG, India. His core responsibilities include assisting teams to develop and further strengthen core businesses, by maximizing business opportunities, optimizing market synergies across industry sectors.

Currently, he is an Independent Director on the Boards of Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd, Jain Farm Fresh Foods Ltd., Mayar Infrastructure Development Pvt. Ltd., and Mayar Health Resorts Ltd. Powerica Ltd., Member of TiE, ABLE, and BIMACC, Founder Member of AOP, and, Bangalore International Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Centre. Vice President of Para Athletics Federation of India and Trustee of The Braj Foundation Advisor on the Abhaya Foundation’s National Advisory Council.

He has had an outstanding career in domestic, international banking and Capital Markets for over 37 years. Mr Dass has been a significant voice in promoting Indian and Indian corporate worldwide.

Earlier, he was with NASDAQ-OMX Group as MD, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. He is a former Independent Director on the boards of Dhanlaxmi Bank, Jubilant Industries Ltd, Jubilant Agriculture and Consumer Products Ltd,  Avighna India Ltd, Estel Technologies & Communications Ltd. Online Recharge Services, and BQ Padmavathy Finance Academy Private Limited.

He was Special Advisor to STJ Advisors LLP, UK, and Senior Advisor to INTEL Capital

He was also Vice President – Masters Athletic Federation of India, Karnataka Athletics Association, an Organising Committee Member of the Commonwealth Games.

He was the Government Nominee on the Governing Council of ICSI, a member of the CII National Council on Corporate Governance and Regulatory framework, CII National Committee on Capital Markets and the Academic Council – Union Bank School of Management.
