Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Membership Fee
All membership fees paid to NASCAP are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed. Members are requested to carefully review the eligibility criteria, benefits, and terms of membership before submitting the application and payment. - Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
- Payment made in excess of the applicable membership fee.
- Payment made but membership application is rejected by NASCAP.
- Refund Request Procedure
- A written request for refund must be submitted to NASCAP within 15 days of the payment date, along with valid proof of transaction.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 30 working days of approval.
- Non-Transferability
Membership fees are strictly non-transferable to another individual, organization, or membership term. - Policy Updates
NASCAP reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Members are advised to review the policy periodically.
