Refund Policy
  1. Non-Refundable Membership Fee
    All membership fees paid to NASCAP are non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed. Members are requested to carefully review the eligibility criteria, benefits, and terms of membership before submitting the application and payment.
  2. Exceptional Circumstances
    Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:
  • Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.
  • Payment made in excess of the applicable membership fee.
  • Payment made but membership application is rejected by NASCAP.
  1. Refund Request Procedure

  • A written request for refund must be submitted to NASCAP within 15 days of the payment date, along with valid proof of transaction.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 30 working days of approval.
  1. Non-Transferability
     Membership fees are strictly non-transferable to another individual, organization, or membership term.
  2. Policy Updates
     NASCAP reserves the right to amend or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Members are advised to review the policy periodically.
